Arsaan, the leading Saudi-based provider of smart parking and mobility solutions, and TAMASHO Technologies, the Saudi-based Mobility-Infrastructure-as-a-Service (MIaaS) company with its innovative TAMASHO platform offering integrated digital mobility solutions including fueling, EV charging, automatic car wash and vehicle services, payments, and multi-node mobility orchestration, have signed a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to collaborate on advancing Mobility Tech and Smart City innovation across the Kingdom.

This partnership brings together two Saudi companies committed to spearheading innovative efforts to accelerate technologies that enhance transportation, elevate digital mobility infrastructure, and improve the efficiency and sustainability of urban environments, in alignment with Vision 2030.

Under the MoU, the Parties will collaborate on integrating digital mobility systems, enhancing smart-access capabilities, expanding next-generation vehicle services, and co-developing innovative solutions that strengthen the Kingdom's smart-city ecosystem.

The collaboration focuses on enabling technologies that transform how people and vehicles move through urban destinations, improving the overall mobility experience for residents, visitors, and businesses.
